Veterans Workforce at Scale & Change
At Scale & Change, our commitment to excellence is rooted in service. Our founders are proud U.S. military veterans who know firsthand the discipline, work ethic, and resilience that service members bring to the table. We believe strongly in giving other veterans the same opportunity to excel, building careers in the trades that provide stability, growth, and long-term success.
We recognize that the transition from military to civilian life can be challenging. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to create clear pathways for veterans to step directly into meaningful careers across the skilled trades. From commercial and industrial construction to specialized sectors like telecom, we ensure veterans have access to opportunities where their leadership and technical skills are valued and respected.
Warriors to Workforce by S&C
This dedication is championed by U.S. Navy veteran Chad Borek, who leads Warriors to Workforce by S&C. Chad maintains direct connections with active duty commands, transition offices, and veteran support networks nationwide. Through these relationships, we are constantly communicating with service members who are preparing to separate or have recently transitioned.
The goal is simple but powerful: to provide veterans with a dependable career path from day one of civilian life. Warriors to Workforce has deep roots in both the telecom community and the broader construction industry, offering veterans the chance to join a network of professionals who understand the value of their service and the strength of their character.
Chad and his team work side by side with veterans to match their skills, interests, and ambitions with opportunities that allow them to thrive. Whether it’s a career in commercial construction, industrial projects, or telecom infrastructure, Warriors to Workforce helps veterans find a future they can count on—just as they once counted on their brothers and sisters in uniform.
A Mission That Continues
At Scale & Change, supporting veterans isn’t a program—it’s part of who we are. By opening doors to careers in the trades, we honor their service with opportunity, stability, and respect. For us, helping veterans succeed isn’t just good business—it’s the right thing to do.
